In the coming years, Plantum will also work towards practicable phytosanitary systems worldwide. Systems that are effective and efficient, based on research and aimed at solving acute problems. We will continue to raise this issue in the Netherlands, Europe and internationally.
In concrete terms, we are committed to encouraging effective and efficient phytosanitary systems throughout the world and helping members to use them. In addition, we are committed to supporting transparent rules for variety registration and quality controls and realising practicable rules
for biological parent material in the Netherlands and abroad. As with other dossiers, a level playing field within Europe is essential.
